As part of the share buyback program, Photocure has on 23 November 2009 bought 11,200 shares in Photocure ASA with an average price of NOK 49.56 per share. Photocure also sold 109,042 shares in Photocure to Photocure employees for NOK 36.00 per share as part of the company's employee option program, see also the stock exchange notice of 23 November 2009. The company owns after this 63,858 shares in Photocure ASA.
