Photocure ASA : Notification of Proxies

Chairman in Photocure ASA, Åse Aulie Michelet, has as of 10 May, 2012 in addition to own shares, received proxies to vote at Photocure ASA's annual general meeting to be held on 10 May, 2012 for a total of 8 279 894 shares. This equals 38.9 percent of the total shares and voting rights in Photocure ASA.

The proxies are only valid for the general meeting at 10 May 2012.
