Photocure ASA: Annual general meeting held

Oslo, Norway, 9 May 2018: Photocure ASA (OSE: PHO), held its annual general meeting on 9 May 2018 at 17:00 hours (CET).

All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice convening the annual general meeting dated 16 April 2018, except for item 12 regarding two weeks' notice period for extraordinary general meetings, as further set out in the minutes from the general meeting attached hereto.
