Photocure has redeemed 700,000 own shares per 16 September 201. This is in accordance with the decision made on the General assembly to reduce the share capital of Photocure ASA from NOK 11,046,650,50 to NOK 10,696,650.50. The total number of shares in Photocure ASA is 21.393.301, including Photocure's 45,627 own shares.
