Chairperson Bente-Lill Romøren not candidate for re-election

Oslo, Norway, 23 January 2017: Photocure ASA announces today that Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Bente-Lill Romøren, has informed the Nomination Committee that due to other assignments she will not be a candidate for re-election when her tenure expires at the 2017 Annual General Meeting.
